How did Miranda Lambert, country crooner, shrink 2 sizes to become a size 6? US Weekly says a trainer for two years and a new food attitude (easy on bread) has helped this 5-foot-4 singer, who fluctuated up to a size 10 in the past, shrink to her new frame. These days Venus Williams is sporting a sleeker physique, ironically after being put out due to a wrist injury. While being off the court, this Wimbledon champ found that she didn’t have to eat as much, according to US Weekly.
