Worked decently well. And then I tried the alli plan with ediets and it was even better. Very happy with my weight loss. More effective in combination with the ediets alli program. Fresh not only means it tastes better but is arguably much healthier for you. Weight loss shouldn't lead to bad health so I'd go fresh if I were u. Cheap but I didn't lose THAT much weight because I didn't know what to eat with it. This is where the alli eDiets plan came in. I ordered, they sent me food daily, and I was set to go. I reached my goal weight and for that I thank you alli and edIets. By the way, this program is much cheaper and probably more effective than Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig. Bought alli diet pill through Costco. Cheap but I didn’t lose THAT much weight because I didn’t know what to eat with it. This is where the alli eDiets plan came in. I tried it out and it works. I did have minor stomach issues though (of the embarrassing kind, if you know what I mean). Nothing major but I believe it was a side effect from the alli diet pill.
