Apple Smoothie

2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

    Not quite as tasty as Jamba Juice but then again you probablhy can’t lose weight with those sugar loaded smoothies. Thanks for the recipes. I start my diet next Monday.
