Review Highlights
» 50% Off Starter Pack
» FDA Approved Supplement
» Need To Also Diet/Exercise
» Consider alli Meal Delivery Plan

What Is It?
There are currently two different alli products. One is the alli diet pill/capsules and the other is the alli Meal Delivery Plan.

The alli pill is not your everyday diet pill. It’s the only pill to be approved by the FDA. But alli is not for everyone even if it’s FDA approved and over the counter availability. However, if you feel that alli is the right choice for you, you can see your weight loss increase by 50% or more. That means if you can lose 10lbs with just dieting and exercise, you can lose 15lbs with alli.

How Does It Work?
alli as mentioned is a diet pill that prevents your body from absorbing about a quarter of the fat you eat. Why is this important? Because one gram of fat alone has more than double the calories of the same amount of proteins and carbs. So you can see already that if your diet consists of a low fat, reduced calorie diet, adding alli to it can make a dramatic effect.

Are You Ready?
If you are considering alli as a supplement to your diet/exercise plan, then ask yourself these following questions. You may be ready for alli if you can answer yes.

» I am willing to do the hard work to lose weight gradually
» I am committed to following a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet (an average of 15 grams of fat per meal)
» I understand that if I take alli with a meal containing too much fat, I may get bowel changes known as treatment effects. The effects may include gas with oily spotting, loose stools, and more frequent stools that may be hard to control. Why? Because alli prevents absorption of some of the fat, and undigested fat passes through the body
» I am committed to eating smaller portions
» I am committed to making time to be more physically active
» I will read and follow the alli label

Conclusion
Based on the FDA approval and the amount of research and testing involved, we would be comfortable in recommending alli as a diet supplement if you think you are ready for it. If you think of alli as a special diet pill that will automatically help you lose weight, we would not recommend it. alli is to be used as a supplement to your diet and exercise plan and that’s how it’s most effective.

However, due to the popularity of alli, the new myalliplan is created to help those who are interested in alli but also need assistance in choosing the right food to eat to lose weight. To learn more about the alli Meal Delivery Plan, please read our review for more information.

Editor’s Note: While you can find alli at any major drug store, you might consider looking online to save money. For example, we found a 60count of alli for only $49.95 when normally it could cost $89.95. You can also consider a free profile and week of food with the alli Meal Delivery Plan.

To my surprise, the Alli diet pill actually worked. I was skeptical but after seeing so many commercials I decided to look into it. Seemed like it got a lot of positive diet reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. Several months and 12 pounds later I’m glad I did. Anyway, Alli worked for me.

The Alli diet pill is all that and then some. I recommend it to people who want to lose weight and do so pretty easily. One downside to it, at least for me, is that I sort of have bathroom issues. If you know what I mean. It wasn’t really a big deal but just wanted to pass on the word. besides that, alli is definitely the real deal.

Got something to say?
