Nicole Sullivan - Relearning How Much To Eat

As a new mommy, Nicole Sullivan, the MadTV alum, had to “relearn how much to eat”, according to Us Weekly. She packed on 38 pounds on her 5-foot-5 frame while expecting her first child. After her son’s delivery, via c-section, in May 2007 she was determined to get back into shape and eat healthy.

Her secret to losing 41 lbs was eating an organic 1,100 calorie-a-day diet from Freshdining.com with a weekly cheat day to keep her motivated. Sullivan made her workout routine enjoyable by including her dogs on her daily uphill hikes and son, Dash, as her workout pal doing “baby lifts” (20 reps hoisting 23 pound tot over her head).
