Natasha Bedingfield Dropped 15lbs
Everyone would love to look so good that they belong on the cover of a fitness magazine… and that’s exactly what motivates Natasha Bedingfield, according to US Weekly. The 5-foot-6 singer has dropped 15 pounds within four months by working with NYC trainer Joe Dowdell. Her workout routine includes 30 minute cardio intervals three times a week and meeting with Dowdell twice a week. Squats, jumping jacks, hiking and running are all part of Bedingfield’s workout regimen.
Now at 115 pounds, the British-born singer sticks to eating lean proteins and veggies to keep her shape.
Editor’s Comments: Bedingfield’s diet program consists of the foods that most have to succumb to eating if they want to see results. They’re healthy attainable foods, but not super enjoyable to eat. The workout regimen seems pretty intense and one that most don’t stay motivated long enough to stick by. Without a trainer, there’s really no one there to get you back up when you’re done for the day.
