How did Miranda Lambert, country crooner, shrink 2 sizes to become a size 6? US Weekly says a trainer for two years and a new food attitude (easy on bread) has helped this 5-foot-4 singer, who fluctuated up to a size 10 in the past, shrink to her new frame. Last month she started a Nutrisystem meal plan (nutrisystem.com) to help keep her on track and credits four workouts a week running and circuit training to maintain her healthier fit physique.
