Mel B Dropped 60lbs of Baby Weight

Mel B, best known as a Spice Girl, dropped 60 pounds of baby weight during her stint on Dancing with the Stars last fall. Now at a size 2, she eats three times a day plus snacks according to US Weekly. This 5-foot-5, 133 pound lingerie model doesn’t believe in diets and keeps her fit physique by working out intensely two to three times a week. Her workout regimen consists of hour long sessions that mix six-minute intervals of sprints, jogging and weights. She says of exercise, “You have to enjoy it or you won’t do it.”

Editor’s Comment: Exercising intensely can definitely help keep off the weight, but most of us don’t enjoy working out that much. We’d rather stick to a diet plan that helps shed the pounds for us. Exercising is key though if you want to be toned once the weight does come off!
