Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness

Mario Lopez doesn’t get his sculpted body without endless hours of boxing, running, bike riding, hiking and circuit training according to US Weekly. This 5-foot-11 actor lives to break a sweat and actively trains at NYC’s X-fit Private Training Facility with Oscar De La Hoya’s boxing coach, Freddie Roach.

Lopez shares his workout wisdom in his new book, Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness. He eats healthy nutritious foods every three hours and splurges twice a week (pizza’s a fave!) to help maintain his chiseled physique.

Editor’s Comment: Not everyone can look like Mario Lopez even if they trained as hard as he does. People are born with different physiques…. period. You have to love to exercise and be fully dedicated to follow a workout routine like Lopez’s. His eating technique, however, seems like something that we’d all appreciate… eating healthy yet being able to splurge on foods that we love!

I’ve been trying to look like Mario Lopez for years. Protein shakes, no carb diets, and even Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig and I’m still not there. Some say I might be getting close but he’s just a beast. Workout and eat healthy so you can live a healthy lifestyle not just for the looks.

That’s just ridiculously ripped! WTF! How can i look like that? Even if I was on a strict diet and had a personal trainer I don’t think I can look like that. Well, I can always dream of being in that good a shape. For now, I’ll be happy with losing 15-20 pounds. Crazy Mario…crazy!

Got something to say?
