After having three kids (Lola, 6, Jaoquin, 5 and Michael, 11) with hubby Mark Consuelos, Kelly Ripa still has a 24-inch waist reports US Weekly. So how does this 5-foot-4 108 pound talk show host keep her hard bod? She says “I rarely take a day off.” Her fitness routine involves three to five mile runs five days a week and a ballet barre class offered at their NYC studio called Physique 57. Ripa admits the class has made her body longer, leaner and more muscular.
Ripa doesn’t believe in calorie counting, but instead food moderation. She enjoys eating fish, fruit, nuts and yogurt and allows a weekly splurge like her mother-in-law’s 17 cheese lasagna. You can always find an apple or carrot sticks in her purse as a ready to eat snack instead of potato chips.
Kelly Ripa manages to look great while leading a very busy life with a hectic work schedule and raising three kids. What an inspiration! She fills herself up with healthy food without counting the amount of calories. It’s the way we all should be eating! Her fit and toned body is a result of hard work and determination. Maybe the average person can try either running or an exercise class to start off with and work your way up to a more intense regimen once your body can handle it.

I wish i looked like Kelly Ripa at that age. I’m so impressed. After reading this I think I’m going to try to slim down and lose a few pounds. Thinking about doing Miracle Burn though i’ve never been one into diet pills. Maybe Nutrisystem. We’ll see. Anybody have any thoughts on how I can lose weight and look like Kelly?
