Kate Hudson & Ashley Conrad’s Training Plan

Ever dream of losing weight and seeing defined lines in your figure in just a week? According to US Weekly, celebrity trainer, Ashley Conrad devised a plan that can make you lose 5 to 7 pounds in seven days. Kate Hudson is a client that proves Conrad’s method works!

The program consists of a 1,400-2,000 calorie diet that bans highly processed foods and requires intense hour-long sweat sessions that help you to burn more than 1000 calories per workout. Each meal mixes 1 serving of carb, 1 protein and 2 greens. Kate Hudson and other clients including Goldie Hawn and Rashida Jones train 5 to 6 days a week for an hour. A sample of a workout day may look like this:
- 15 min. of boxing, then intense agility drills
- 20 min. of body weight exercises mixed with spurts of cardio
- 10 to 15 min. of treadmill intervals
- Abs: 8 to 10 reps of varied moves

Editor’s Comments: Training to get fit in a flash is great for a special event that’s coming up where you want to knock people’s socks off. But how realistic is it? I think in order for this type of program to be successful, a personal trainer is essential in order to promote extremely intense workout sessions. I don’t know how long a person can keep up that kind of workout regimen without collapsing. The diet plan seems like a healthy, easy to follow plan that doesn’t leave you craving for a certain food group.

    Wow, that is amazing! I lost weight with Nutrasystem but maybe i should try the Kate Hudon diet because my before and after pic certainly did not look like that. Celebs live the life I tell ya.

    She was pretty damn fat in the before picture. This site rocks. I like seeing the before and after pictures. Now if only I can be one of the after pics. Haha.
