Jennifer Lopez Drops Twin Pregnancy Weight

According to US Weekly, just 4 months after delivering twins, Emme and Max, via C-section on February 22, Jennifer Lopez has dropped 30 of the 50 pounds she gained while pregnant! How did the singer-actress shed all that weight? She began with a walking program and has since stepped it up by enlisting longtime trainer Gunnar Peterson for a fall triathlon. Lopez is working out 4 to 6 days a week for 30 minutes to 2 hours consisting of a 30-minute run to a transition training of swimming, biking, walking and weight training.
The 5-foot-6 mom eats a healthy mix of lean protein and complex carbs that include turkey and egg whites with rice and veggies. She also keeps herself hydrated by drinking up to 110 ounces of water daily! Lopez avoids foods prepared with any butter or oil, but doesn’t deprive herself of any of her favorite foods.
