How Nicole Kidman Kept Fit During Pregnancy

As seen in US Weekly, Nicole Kidman debuted her slim frame just weeks after giving birth to daughter Sunday on July 7. While pregnant, the actress kept fit by hiking, running, playing tennis and spinning at Santa Monica’s Revolution Fitness and Nashville’s WestSide Athletic Club. Kidman is still a regular at the hour-and-a-half long Vinyasa yoga classes at Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville.

Among Kidman’s favorite foods are MahiMahi and Tilapia and she tries to avoid “anything boxed.”

Editor’s Comments: Nicole Kidman naturally has a small frame and was extremely tiny even while full term pregnant. She’s just born that way, but seems to eat rather healthy and stay in good shape by exercising regularly which is good advice for anyone.
