Halle Berry Is Back To PreBaby Weight

After only 4 months, Halle Berry is back to her prebaby weight! The 5-foot-six actress hit the gym three weeks after giving birth naturally to daughter, Nahla and has attributed her nearly 30 pound weight loss to weekly four to five hour workouts with Pro Ramona Braganza. Her typical sweat session includes 10-minute spurts of cardio (elliptical, walking or kickboxing), weight circuit training, ab work and a series of lunges, squats and step-ups, according to US Weekly.
As a diabetic, Berry watches her sodium intake and stays away from sweets. Homemade soups are her comfort food, but also enjoys chicken and veggies as part of her meal plan.
Editor’s Comments: Four to five hour long workouts seem a little grueling, but when it’s your job to look good, you do whatever it takes. For the rest of us, even taking a part of Halle’s daily workout routine would be suffice.
