Gabby Reese – An Athlete’s Workout Program

Featured in US Weekly: Gabby Reese is ALL athlete! This 6 foot-3 volleyball pro was training 6 days a week even while she was pregnant. After giving birth to her second daughter via c-section on January 1, she’s already lost 34 pounds in 5 months due to her heavy workout routine consisting of weights, running, spinning, pilates and circuit training.

Reese knows that her workout regimen can sound intimidating which is the reason why she’s created a new fitness website, Gotogabby.com and DVD, Gabby Fit & Healthy Pregnancy. She knows mom are busy and wants to help them be fit and healthy.

Editor’s Comments: Gabby Reese’s program seems impossible and she knows it. Being a mom herself though, she knows the crazy days and challenges that goes with the territory of raising kids. It may be worth it to check out her website and see if her plan is more doable than what it first seems. She designed it for moms, so it’s got to be able to fit realistically into their lives!
