Danica Patrick Doesn’t Count Calories

What does Danica Patrick, pro race care driver, attribute to her tiny 5-foot-2, 105 pound frame? She tell US Weekly, eating healthy and daily two hour workouts including five-mile runs, upper body weight training, yoga and pilates. As the first woman to ever win the Indy Japan 300 this past April, she says, “I have to be strong for what I do.”

Patrick doesn’t count calories, but eats a balanced diet like oatmeal, salmon and veggies.

Editor’s Comments: Danika Patrick’s workout is pretty extreme because she needs to be able to keep up with the boys in her line of work. Most of us do not need to work out with the intensity that she does. You could however take bits and pieces of her routine and create your own workout sessions that you’ll enjoy doing. Because of her heavy workout routine, she is more at liberty to eat a larger variation of foods. Stick with a regimen that works for you!

Danica is so hot! She doesn’t need to count calories because she is perfect. I can’t believe she’s even on a diet. I gotta tell my gf to follow her diet and exercise regimen.

Got something to say?
