Halle Berry - Reclaiming The Body She Once Had

Halle Berry is on a mission to reclaim the body she once had before putting on the baby weight. According to US Weekly, trainer Ramona Braganza is helping Berry lose the weight by a “no starvation diet” and a workout regimen that includes cardio and circuit training and a core workout five times a week. With realistic goals, Braganza thinks she’ll have her body back in three to four months.

Hally Berry, 41, was in great shape before pregnancy, during pregnancy and no doubt will look exactly the way she used to as she sheds the pounds post-pregnancy. The US Weekly article does not explain what kind of diet plan Berry is following though it sounds like one of the healthier, long-term diets that are available. The workout regimen seems very intense being five times a week which probably includes at least an hour a day.

I think following the diet fitness routine of Halle Berry would be a little too excessive for the average person trying to lose weight. We’d all love to look like Halle Berry, but it takes a lot of determination and time to be able to work out five times a week. Having a personal trainer to help whip you into shape doesn’t hurt either! At least her trainer is helping Berry take off the weight gradually instead of shedding all of the weight in a month. Eating healthy and exercising moderately is all you need to start changing your life. It really all depends on what your body type is to begin with. Set realistic goals… don’t try to look like something you’re not meant to!

Congrats on the baby but really now how hard is it to lose weight when you’re a celebrity. They probably have full time chefs and nutrionists, personal trainers that they pay thousands per month, and million dollar movie pay days that motivate them to stay fit. It’s not that hard when your career is on the line and you have to diet and exercise to get paid. I’m sick of seeing these diet and weight loss articles by celebrities as if it’s hard work for them to lose weight.

Got something to say?
