Celebrities Diet Tips

The May issue of Quick & Simple’s issue has a collection of diet tips from celebrities that everyone should read and if you’ve read them before, it’s good to be reminded of what celebrities are doing to keep off weight and keep the figures that everyone wants.

1. Heidi Klum’s salad includes vinegar before going out to eat. Vinegar is known to help suppress appetite. So remember that tip next time you’re at a restaurant.
2. Mandy Moore has replaced mayonnaise and cheese on her sandwiches with coleslaw.
3. Elle MacPherson says eating food that are high in lecithin (soy, peanut butter etc) has help her be cellulite-free
4. Jennifer Anniston follows the Zone Diet but says cheating once in awhile is needed.
5. Julia Roberts eats using blue plates. Studies show that the color blue can help reduce appetite. Also that’s why there’s no such thing as blue food.
