Malibu Chicken Sandwich

1 breaded chicken breast, 3 oz. boneless 2 oz. shaved ham (very thin) 1 oz. 1 slice processed sliced Swiss cheese 1 hamburger bun Shave ham. Place in pan. Keep warm on grill (not hot). Deep dry boneless chicken breast. Place hot cooked chicken breast on bottom half of hamburger bun. Top chicken with ham then cheese slice. Place in broiler 3 to 5 minutes until cheese starts to melt. 1/2 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. poppy seed 2 tbsp. mustard 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Ham, sliced very thin Swiss cheese, sliced very thin Bi-Lo Dinner rolls, or Tatum rolls Instructions: Mix together first five ingredients. 8 slices whole wheat or rye bread Reduced calorie salad dressing 1 med. onion, thinly sliced, red or white 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced Lettuce leaves 12 oz. shaved turkey Instructions: Lightly spread bread with salad dressing. Using 1 teaspoon oil, saute onion and then mushrooms; cook until tender. Layer with turkey slices, onion and mushroom mixture, lettuce and top with remaining slices of bread. 3 c. shredded cabbage 1 tsp. salt 1 shredded turnip (2 oz.) 1 shredded carrot (2 oz.) 1 chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp. dill seed Cover cabbage with salt. Let stand for 45 minutes.
