It would make great sense as everyone has seen her transforming from pop star, to tabloid mess and then finally back on the road to redemption.</p>
<p>But what made her think about making fitness videos? It turns out that she was apparently inspired when she came across some old Jane Fonda exercise tapes. Take that with her love of dancing ofcourse and you get Britney Spears Workout DVD&#8217;s (coming soon hopefully!)</p>
<p>Her reps at this time haven&#8217;t confirmed it but it would only make sense right? Dance DVD workout videos are on fire lately as it offers a great and fun way to lose weight.</p>

The 29-year-old point guard (listed at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds) <a href="http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20228478,00.html" target="_blank">started the diet in August</a> to gear up for training camp, according to <em>People Magazine</em>:</p>
<p>During the NBA off-season, Davis let his fitness slide. &#8220;In the off-season, it&#8217;s kind of hard to maintain day-to-day,&#8221; he says. &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to get up and cook. How did Jennifer Love Hewitt get such dramatic results in such a short amount of time after being highly criticized by the press last Fall for her fuller figure?  Personal trainer, Stevie Sant&#8217;Angelo, helped the 29 year-old actress bounce back to a trimmer figure by sticking to a daily 1,200 to 1,500 calorie diet (started out 1,500 to 1,800 calories) and hitting the gym for an hour 3-4 times a week.  </p>
<p>Hewitt eats 3 meals a day that are relatively high in protein including lean turkey, roasted chicken, cottage cheese, low-fat yogurt, and fish along with whole grains and vegetables and snacks twice a day on whole grains and fruit (only until 2 P.M. or 3 P.M., to maintain energy and prevent late-night snacking).  </p>
<p>Her workout regimen includes a 10 minute cardio warm-up (jump rope or treadmill), followed by 45 minutes of a kettlebell-focused workout that involves: one-arm military presses using 18-pound cast-iron bells, bicep curls with 15-pound bells paired with squats, single-leg touch-downs with a tricep kickback using 18-pound bells and jumps holding 15-pound bells (three sets of 15 reps each). The workout ends with three one-minute full-body planks.  </p>
<p>The combination of cardio to burn fat and weight training to tone and build lean body mass form the basis for a healthy, long term approach to exercise.</p>
<p>When Jennifer trains on her own her hour long workout routine looks like this: 40 minutes of cardio, such as roller skating (her favorite), incline training on the treadmill or swimming. </p>
<p><strong>Upper body:</strong> three sets each of 15 pushups, three-minute body planks and one-minute bicycle crunches.<br />
<strong>Lower body:</strong> 25 lunges on each leg (three sets), tones her inner thighs and core by lying on her back with hands underneath the tailbone and opening and closing legs in a Y position (three sets of 50 reps) and ends with three sets of 50 donkey kicks.</p>
<p><strong>Editor’s Comments:</strong>  No one likes to be criticized about their weight, especially celebrities who are constantly in the spotlight.  It’s definitely a way to jump start a hard core makeover!  Jennifer’s diet and fitness plan is a well-balanced approach to losing weight and getting fit.  By watching the amount of calories you eat and only eating fresh healthy foods, you will definitely drop those pounds quickly. </p>
<p>With 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, you shouldn’t feel deprived on her meal program.  Hewitt’s workout routine seems like a pretty intense hour of fitness training, but one that is necessary for dramatic results.  Dedicating an hour, 3-4 times a week seems very doable for those wanting to make that quick turn around.  The results will be priceless for all of the hard work you put in!      </p>

<p>On July 7, Camila Alves welcomed a baby boy, Levi, via C-section with Matthew McConaughey and has since been treating herself to some R&#038;R. As part of her culture, this Brazilian model will give her body 40 days of rest, with no exercise and very light food, to help her body recover naturally.  Alves claims breastfeeding to be the “best diet” and isn’t on any strict diet plan.  Her laid back nature is allowing a steady active workout plan, but not on a daily routine.  When she is exercising, you can probably see her doing yoga or swimming which was part of her workout regimen while pregnant.<br />

Editor’s Comment:</strong>  Camilla Alves is losing the weight by breast-feeding and taking things slowly… something all moms can do postpardum! <p>As seen in US Weekly, Nicole Kidman debuted her slim frame just weeks after giving birth to daughter Sunday on July 7.  While pregnant, the actress kept fit by hiking, running, playing tennis and spinning at Santa Monica’s Revolution Fitness and Nashville’s WestSide Athletic Club.  Kidman is still a regular at the hour-and-a-half long Vinyasa yoga classes at Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville.  </p>
<p>Among Kidman’s favorite foods are MahiMahi and Tilapia and she tries to avoid “anything boxed.”  </p>
<p><strong>Editor’s Comments: </strong> Nicole Kidman naturally has a small frame and was extremely tiny even while full term pregnant.  She’s just born that way, but seems to eat rather healthy and stay in good shape by exercising regularly which is good advice for anyone.</p>

<p>After only 4 months, Halle Berry is back to her prebaby weight!  The 5-foot-six actress hit the gym three weeks after giving birth naturally to daughter, Nahla and has attributed her nearly 30 pound weight loss to weekly four to five hour workouts with Pro Ramona Braganza.  Her typical sweat session includes 10-minute spurts of cardio (elliptical, walking or kickboxing), weight circuit training, ab work and a series of lunges, squats and step-ups, according to US Weekly.  </p>
<p>As a diabetic, Berry watches her sodium intake and stays away from sweets.  Homemade soups are her comfort food, but also enjoys chicken and veggies as part of her meal plan.  </p>
<p><strong>Editor’s Comments:</strong>  Four to five hour long workouts seem a little grueling, but when it’s your job to look good, you do whatever it takes.  For the rest of us, even taking a part of Halle’s daily workout routine would be suffice.    </p>
