I really enjoyed the Weight Watchers programs. It didn’t feel as restrictive as other diets beacuse you really eat what you want. Just have to watch how much of it you eat. =)

Weight Watchers is the real deal that’s all I gotta say. I mean who wants to eat prepackaged foods. I’m sure you’ll lose weight with the one of the other diet programs out there but do u want to suffer while doing it?

Weight Watchers is so much more flexible IMHO. And plus u can vary up the food and no eat the same stuff all the time. Lose weight, eat what you want, and count points. Works for me! Oh and the Weight Watchers meetings are cool too. I made so many new friends.

I went to their meeting and it was too weird for me. Almost like an AA meeting or something. Maybe I didn’t jive with the crowd but i didn’t feel comforable at the Weight Watchers meeting. I ended up doing a meal delivery diet like Nutrisystem. It was a local no name diet that isn’t famous. But yea it’s more or less like Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig. They delivered to my front door step and it was fresh, great tasting food. I lost weight on my own accord and didn’t have to go to weekly meetings. With my schedule that’s the way to go.

I really enjoyed my experience with Weight Watchers. It helped me lose weight and best of all I think I’ve found a diet program that I can implement into my life for years to come.

I liked Weight Watchers. Still use their principles to this day. Easy, cheap, convenient. What more can u ask for in a diet?

Got something to say?
