I decided to phone them and their customer service was pretty good. They provided me with the information I was looking for and I told them I would think about it. No pressure to join or anything. They were very supportive of my weight loss plans. Fast forward to last week and I stepped on the scale realizing I gained even more weight. So I decided to take the plunge and join the eDiets online community. So far, so good. I have lost almost 5 pounds in about eight days. I doubt I would keep up that same pace over the next few weeks but hey i'm off to a good start. No idea if this works long term or not. I'm happy with it after a week. In my opinion you get more bang for your buck. I mean it's so super cheap especially compared to those meal replacement weight loss companies.
