I was a bit on the flabby side before I started the ABs Diet. Not fat, just a little flabby. Anyway, I did it religiously for 3 months and the results are great. I didn’t get a 6 pack which sucked but it’s pretty close. I’m happy with my results. Maybe the 6 pack will come but if I’m stuck with what I have now, I’ll still be verrrrry happy.
