Recession Weight Loss

recession diet weight lossWith the high prices of gas and food prices and other normal expenses, new and creative ways of saving money always pops up. One major cutback is in food expenses. By cutting down on certain types of food, you can improve yourself both in body and financially without you really knowing.

Burt Flickinger, a longtime retail consultant, said the last time he saw such significant changes in consumer buying patterns was the late 1970s, when runaway inflation prompted Americans to “switch from red meat to pork to poultry to pasta — then to peanut butter and jelly.”
