Kelly Ripa Weight Loss – 2 Hours/Day
So what does it take to have Kelly Ripa’s body? According to an interview with US Weekly Magazine, Kelly Ripa exercises 2 hours per day. That’s certainly a good way to start your weight loss program.
Ripa says, “Knowing that every six months you may be photographed in a bikini will motivate you”. So what about those of us who aren’t in the limelight and simply want to lose weight? Kelly Ripa’s basis of her diet program is moderation. “I believe in moderation” and fills up with fish, fruits, nuts, and yogurt but allows for occasional splurges such as her mother-in-law’s lasagna.
As far as exercise and fitness goes, Kelly Ripa does 3-5 mile runs five days per week. She also does ballet barre class (which is a combination of cardio, lunging, and ballet). Ripa says it has made her body “longer, leaner, and very muscular”.
So essentially, it’s about eating right and exercising daily. The exercise is up to you, the diet can be helped by companies such as Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, or Weight Watchers. There are many meal delivery diet programs such as Nutrisystem which allow you to eat healthy, moderately sized foods. Now all you have to do is add the exercise component to it and perhaps you will experience the Kelly Ripa weight loss phenomenon and trim down.
