It’s Possible To Undo Fast Food Diet Harm

fast food diet harmAll those years of eating fast food whether it was for convenience or for the taste, there is now some good news. The good news is that the harm done to your body from eating fast foods can be reversed.

Usually fast food contains alot of fat and sugar that can cause damage to body parts such as your liver. But the important thing to know is that it’s not really damage from fast food but from the excess of fat and sugar in these meals. So how do you start undoing the harm to your body?

Dr. Brent Tetri of Saint Louis University suggests the following tips:

1. Eat only 1 fast food meal a week (editor’s note: I’ve personally done this and you’d be amazed that the one day you can eat fast food, how gross you can feel afterwards. it’s gotten to a point where I just skip fast food in general now)..

2. When eating fast food, try to eat as healthy as possible. This means trying to cut out the mayonnaise and cheese and avoid fries and sugary drinks.

3. Get some exercise! Recommended 3 times a week.

4. Ask your doctor to do a blood test to check liver enzymes (this is a key measure of the health of your liver).

I tried the McDonald’s diet. Seriously, I did. And guess what? It works. I didn’t eat Big Macs and stuff. Still did portion control but hey it worked right. Lol, okay I know this isn’t what the article about but just thought I’d passs on my opinion. Prob not good for your health though.
